Return, Refund, or Exchange Policy----- Returns-- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we Can Not offer you a Credit, Refund or Exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the "same condition that you received it". It must be in the original packaging and all tags still attached. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. *Saddles, Saddle Pads, Sale, Clearance, Used Items, Perishable Goods, Dated Products, Gift Cards, etc., “Cannot Be Returned, Credited, or Refunded”. *Saddles- if unused and tags are attached we (at our digression) will consider an Partial Exchange or Partial Store Credit after inspected and condition evaluated. We will not accept any Returns of Any Product that has been on horse. To Start your return on any qualified item, you must first contact Opossum Creek for RO, (we will need the order number from your receipt or proof of purchase) item must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days of Purchase. Sale items-- Only Regular Priced items may be returned for a Store Credit or Exchanged, unfortunately Sale or Clearance Items Can Not be Credited or Exchanged. Credit (if applicable)-- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit. If you are approved, then your Store Credit will be processed, and the credit will be emailed to you, minus the shipping costs, within 2 business days. Exchanges (if applicable)-- We only replace items if they are the wrong size or fit, "any defective or damaged merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer". If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@shopopossumcreek.com with your number. ----- Refunds - as of March 1st, 2023 (03/01/2023) we will no longer issue a Refund of any kind on any product. Shipping-- After you have contacted Opossum Creek Return Department prior to 14 days of Purchase. You will need to ship your return to Returns @ Opossum Creek 4575 Hwy PP Poplar Bluff Missouri US 63901 "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item." Shipping costs of Purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a Store Credit, the cost of shipping both directions is your responsibly. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee your merchandise once the shipping company has received you returning item.
