Return, Refund, or Exchange Policy----- Returns-- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we Can Not offer you a Credit, Refund or Exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags still attached. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale, Clearance Items, Used Items, Perishable Goods, Dated Products, Gift Cards, etc., “Cannot Be Returned or Refunded”. To Start your return, you must contact Opossum Creek prior to the 15 Days, we will need the order number from your receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items-- Only Regular Priced items may be returned for a Credit, Refund, or Exchange, unfortunately Sale or Clearance Items Can Not be Credited, Refunded, or Exchanged. Credit (if applicable)-- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will be emailed to you, minus the shipping costs, within 2 business days. Refunds (if applicable)-- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the shipping costs, within 4 business days. Exchanges (if applicable)-- We only replace items if they are the wrong size or fit, "any defective or damaged merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer". If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@shopopossumcreek.com with your number. ----- Shipping-- After you have contacted Opossum Creek Return Dept. You will ship your return to Returns @ Opossum Creek 4575 Hwy PP Poplar Bluff Missouri US 63901 "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item." Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Credit or Refund, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibly. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
